Was charged nearly £300 for a aerial,always had no signal on my t.v,Jim came out about 4 times to try to fix it taking more money from us,got another company out who said he had installed a cheap aerial and cheap cable stuck on with tape,the other company fixed it correctly for £150,called Jim back and got cheek from him,I would NEVER recommend him to my worst enemy.

Get it in writing


Left without completing the agreed work. Did not keep to word about coming back to complete job. Told lies on the phone when challenged. Avoid. Quite expensive too.
