We ensure Person centred approach to our home care services. We make sure we listening to our customers and understanding their needs to offer a personalised, reliable and bespoke service that meets the need, provides peace of mind and assurance to our customers, and their families.

We find out the needs and what is important to our customers and create care and support plans meets their requirement, and what works best for each customer as a unique individual. We also listen to friends, family and other health professionals as needed to ensure an all-inclusive approach.

We will always ensure that your choices, your preferences and your needs remain at the heart of what we do, and we offer you flexibility, choice and control, respect and dignity, supporting your personal wishes for now and for the future, our services designed around you; ensuring you receive the support you want, when you most need it. And importantly your privacy and dignity is of high priority.

What happens after contacting AdigoCare?
We will arrange an obligation free home care assessment in the home. This will ensure that we understand exactly what is needed and will be able to provide you with an accurate cost for the care service.
A member of our senior care team will arrange to come and meet you or your loved one at home to discuss the types of care and support needed.

Our senior care professional will also be able to offer advice and guidance, spending time with you to discuss the type and level of support that best suits you. A care needs assessment will be created, and a risk assessment to ensure that both our customer and care worker are safe.

Once the initial assessment has been completed, we will create a personal support plan based on how you would like us to help, ensuring that you receive the services you need, when you need them. At this point, we will be able to understand more about your requirements and establish what will work best for you and those around you.

We understand that needs change so we regularly review and update our care plans to reflect this.
Charges are usually based upon an hourly rate but we can accommodate a wide variety of requirements, from the occasional hour or part of, up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
